Welcome to Christmas in Paris - A Juried Selection of Artisan Gifts
After much deliberation, and as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, we regretfully announce that Christmas in Paris 2020 has been CANCELLED.
Please join us for our 30th anniversary celebration of Christmas in Paris in 2021.
Held on the first weekend of November, the Christmas in Paris Artisan Show & Sale is one of the County of Brant's signature events and marks the beginning of the festive season for many. Paris warmly welcomes thousands of visitors who are eager to purchase unique one-of-a-kind, handmade gifts.
The Annual Juried show displays the work of local area artists and crafters who are all members of the Kindred Spirits Artisans of Paris.
Our artists and crafters include Lynda Anderson, Sheila Bordignon, Ally Bryant, Jennifer Budd, Susan Cunningham, Heather Davidson, Patricia Eelkema, Ruth Di Carmine, Anca Gaston, Melissa Generoux, Rita Guiducci, Robyn Innes, Sally Langfrey, Rachel Lyon, Barbara MacDonald, Mac MacLaggan, Lorie McCreary, Marisa Parker, Wendy Pitblado, Helena Potvin, Wendy read, Eunice Robinson, Jana Skladan, Dianna Speakman, Lee Anne Stewart, Debra Vincze, Kevin Weir, Sylvia Wight-Holder, Valerie Wilson, Anka Zeitler, Rachel Zuidervliet.
Their unique talents range from creating pottery pieces, various sized quilts, fabric art pieces, felted art and wearables, chalk art, mixed media, watercolour, acrylic, and pastel paintings in all shapes and sizes, fused glass, beaded and Swarovski jewellery, soap products, silk scarves, brooches and pillows etched in thread, jewelry with rustic overtones, and original wood carvings among many other offerings. Many items are themed for the holiday season, including a variety of wreaths, tree decorations and door ornaments. A selection of delicious baked goods and preserves is also available and very popular - these sell out fast!
In 2021, the highly-anticipated event will be held from November 5, 6 and 7 at the Paris Fairgrounds (139 Silver St. Paris,ON).
A toonie ($2.00) allows entry to this popular Christmas event with all proceeds to support bursaries for local community artists.
